This review is long overdue as Jim helped us sell our condo and buy a house in July 2020. He did an amazing job and you could really tell he was trying to find the perfect house for us and not just trying to make a sale. We appreciated his honest opinions about any structural problems he saw with houses and you could tell he has a very knowledgeable background in this area. With selling our condo, he was readily available for showings and went above and beyond to get us an offer. He even went out of his way to come over when we were at work to help us with yard work for a better curb appeal. After we were settled into our new house Jim stopped by a few times and I know if we ever asked him for help he would be there or give us a good recommendation! Jim is an awesome realtor, I really trusted his opinion and felt that he was doing everything that he could for us. We would love to work with him again in the future or recommend him to anyone who is looking to move!

I highly recommend Jim. Honest, has your back and won’t lead you in wrong direction. He has a construction background which was very useful and if a particular place was a bad investment he steered me away from it. I probably made life a little difficult for him since I had no idea which area I wanted to settle in, but he had no problem meeting me to look at properties whether it was in Billerica or Salem. I used his recommended team of lawyers and mortgage lenders. Most importantly, once we found the house we wanted, he negotiated for under the asking price and his team closed in 4 weeks!!
