This review is long overdue as Jim helped us sell our condo and buy a house in July 2020. He did an amazing job and you could really tell he was trying to find the perfect house for us and not just trying to make a sale. We appreciated his honest opinions about any structural problems he saw with houses and you could tell he has a very knowledgeable background in this area. With selling our condo, he was readily available for showings and went above and beyond to get us an offer. He even went out of his way to come over when we were at work to help us with yard work for a better curb appeal.
