You wont go wrong by choosing Wes as your realtor. My husband and I started home buying/selling needs back in July and closed on our dream house in November. Through-out our process we saw several houses based on our schedules, very flexible. Wes wrote several offers on our behalf, we got several no's and some yes's thorough out everything Wes was there with all his expertise, his wisdom, which allowed for us to make informed decisions on contracts thorough-out the process. He's very patience and reliable. We were the type of buyers that liked to look up properties ourselves as well, and he was right there when we sent them over (sometimes several at time) sending us the listings details. He's also well-known and respected in his field which made it very convenient for us, he was able to share details from other realtors that helped us an even make more informed decisions.
