Highly recommend! Closed on a 2nd property with Ryan two weeks ago. Again, many other bids handled, but our offer accepted. Closed right on time. Working with the right agent is all around life changing, and it doesn’t get better than with Ryan.

My wife and I started our real estate hunt about 4 months into her pregnancy just this year (2022). The market of course was very intimidating, stories of people submitting offers for months with no luck were being shared with us constantly. Despite all our concerns, Ryan made us feel very optimistic about our prospects. For an entire month Ryan showed us listings across San Diego County, proactively negotiated with sellers, and relentlessly submitted offers. We faced some set backs, but during these times Ryan presented new strategies from lending options to different neighborhoods we weren’t aware of. He kept our goals and needs in mind throughout all of this. One of the most reassuring elements of working with Ryan was that he always built excellent rapport with the selling agents. He’s a super nice, fun guy so it’s easy to understand how he makes these connections. With these relationships he was able to give us insights into the sellers needs and get our offers prioritized by tailoring to their wants. A couple times we got close to an accepted offer, but due to my financing restraints had to forfeit to other buyers. Ultimately we landed our dream home, and of course Ryan was the first to celebrate this life-changing moment with me and my wife. We were lucky to some extent, nonetheless, working with an exceptional real estate agent made the deal happen. Now we are in the new home with plenty of time to get settled before our baby arrives. Many people told us we may not get a home in time, that this wasn’t the right time to be looking. Ryan however always maintained that he’d get the job done, sure enough he produced. Thank you Ryan for everything you did for us! If you want to get into your new home quickly and within your budget, then I wholeheartedly recommend working with Ryan McCall!

Ryan helped my partner and I buy our first home. He walked us through the entire home buying process form offer to close, up front, so we had an idea of what we should expect. He was able to help us get our offer accepted despite facing several cash offers. We had to make a change in our lender, and Ryan was able to assuage the seller that we would be able to finish the deal on time. His great negotiating skills were able to convince the seller to cover closing costs and also provide a credit for some repairs. Working with Ryan was an exceptional experience! Buying a house was not in our plans, but right after getting married we got a notification from our landlord that they would need the house we were renting to be vacant. So we decided it was time to invest our money and buy our first home. We had exactly 30 days to find a house, get an offer accepted, go through all the mortgage process, get the keys, and move in.
