Lindsay helped my husband and I buy our first home this summer/fall. She has an incredibly friendly and patient personality and was a delight to work with. She spent just about every weekend visiting homes with us for a few months and was patient as she helped us explore all of the potential avenues of homeownership (fixer uppers, turnkey, various locations, etc.). We never felt pressured to put an offer in on a home unless it felt right for us, and in all three of the cases where we did make an offer, she helped us make an offer that enabled us to put a strong foot forward without overextending ourselves. We ultimately found our dream home in Poway with Lindsay. She was able to make a great connection with the seller's agent to help us secure the home, and whenever little snags came up during the closing process, she was quick to help us resolve them as easily as possible. She was responsive throughout the entire process -- it quite literally felt like she was available 24/7 to us -- and helped us maintain a positive outlook in a crazy market that can feel unfriendly towards first time homebuyers.
