This is one of those rare occasions in this day and age that a review of even 5 stars doesn’t do justice. Joseph Lebron, Roberta and his team treated me with the utmost kindness, respect and generosity which was above and beyond what I could ever have expected. Here are some details of my experience with The Lebron Team: My Mom passed and willed me her home. I shared the same heart with her it seemed since we were that close. I was devastated and alone. I myself live out of state and have driving limitation due to injuries. Probably safe to say being fortunate enough to be introduced to this team was nothing short of an answered pray and Devine intervention due to me needing so much extra help at the lowest time in my life grieving my Moms passing. As soon as I met Joe at my Moms home he made me feel like a weight was lifted and he would genuinely do anything he could to help me. Which he did, above anything I expected. I think it only took him 5 days to sell her home. Doing my Mom justice for the home she loved and cherished. There were several times that someone had to be there to meet the people I gave her furniture or to get it cleaned out etc. and they make sure that happened. There were some items that my Mom’s friend wanted and Roberta even offered to take them to the post office and make sure my Moms friend would be able to remember my Mom by having those items. How kind and caring and above and beyond my expectations. Having them there, since I was unable to be, and being able to trust them means more then I am able to put into words. I can go on and on but lastly I would also like to say that every single time I text or called someone was there to answer questions or to help and even in my grieving they offered compassion and friendship by just listening. I am forever grateful to them, bless them and consider them my friends.

I am going to start at the end. If you are reading this because you are looking for an agent, stop your search now and hire Joe. This man works miracles, and that is a fact!! I am writing this review one month after closing on my home, sold by Joe, fast and for asking price. We still cannot believe it happened for us, and we owe it to Joe’s talent, professionalism and positive thinking. Before meeting Joe, we had just about given up on our dream to sell our house and move to the Jersey Shore. We had attempted to sell our home twice, with two different agents, two expired listings, maybe twenty total showings, countless open houses and no offers, with very minimal feedback to guide us. We knew that our home sale was going to be a challenge because we live on a busy major road, between two traffic lights, have a shared driveway and nosy neighbors. However, both agents had assured us our home would sell fast in this seller’s market. A few months in, we found our dream home and secured a four-month contingency contract, just waiting to sell! Four months came and went, the seller got tired of waiting, accepted an offer from another buyer, our listing expired, and that was the end of our dream house. When our second listing expired after three more months with no success, we felt we only had two choices, to stay in our current home, or sell it low and use our savings to put a down payment on a new home, not to mention that property values at the shore were rising fast and properties selling even faster. To sum it up, we were sad and disgusted, and decided to give up. On my daily commute, I would obsess over houses on busy roads that sold and sold quickly, wondering where we went wrong. I specifically remember a house on Hylan Blvd, that I drove past every morning, located on the busiest turn, with a guardrail right in front, and Joe’s picture on the For Sale sign. A few weeks later I saw that it had been SOLD. I searched the house on Zillow and saw that Joe had sold it, sold it fast, and for more than asking price. I said, “If only I had this agent when I tried to sell my house.” Out of curiosity, I researched Joe and saw that he had a prolific sales record and great reviews. A few months later, we decided that maybe we would give selling one more try. We interviewed three top selling agents, including Joe. Joe shared strategies with us that we had not heard before, was confident that his strategies would work, that he could price our house right, and sell it fast for a great price. We hired Joe and our listing went live on a Thursday. By Friday night, we had 25 showings scheduled for the weekend. Yes, 25…more than we’d had in a year!! Joe said, “Get ready because you’re going to be moving. I am going to sell your house this weekend.” We were like, “Yeah, ok…whatever.” Well, by Sunday morning, we had multiple offers and a bidding war, and we accepted an offer over asking price! Joe had truly sold our house in one weekend. That’s when my husband affectionately started calling him Jerry Maguire…because he showed us the money! In the past few months, from the day we accepted the offer, to closing, Joe has been more than our agent, but also a friend, putting up with my constant nervous energy and worrying about EVERYTHING! This whole experience has taught me a lot about real estate and how truly important it is to choose the right agent. I have no doubt that Joe’s marketing strategies and reputation in the business are what brought us tons of showings and multiple offers from qualified buyers. We are truly grateful that divine intervention brought Joe into our lives to manifest the power of positive thinking and answer our real estate prayers.

Go with a professional. Joe came over after I came home in the evening, first toured the house. He wore his lapel pins, recognized as an outstanding agent from local Staten Island realtor groups. He is low key and lets his listening skills shape his conversation. We gave him the listing, full commission (people lose interest if you do not properly compensate them). Joe coordinated the first brokers open house, as well as all of the numerous showings. He was always respectful of our needs and desires.His skillful efforts resulted in our receiving 90% of our asking price .
