Kris Ramotar was referred to me by my significant other in order to sell my house. As I was moving in with my significant other, I only required selling services and he did not disappoint. I was worried about selling at the end of summer and just as the market was starting to cool off, with interest rates rising but as Kris is incredibly knowledgeable in both selling, buying, markets, numbers, and all the in’s and out’s of all facets of real estate, he assured me he would sell my house and that we would get at least asking price. He came to my house to pitch his services, all the while reassuring me there was no pressure to sign. My significant other promised he was good and he definitely delivered. Kris has an amazing online presence through Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube. Not only does he promote his clients but he also offers incredible advice and insight on the current market and any and all other real estate related topics. Kris really puts everything into his clients and it shows, from his photographer/videographer right down to his incredibly stylish “For Sale” yard signs. He is always available, always smiling, and always has an answer. Kris sold my house in less than 2 weeks in cooling market and I couldn’t be happier. 10/10 would recommend!!! Thanks Kris!!

My husband and I were looking to purchase our first home in Windsor-Essex County and we came across Kris. We sent him a message and he got back to us right away and was very friendly from the get-go. Kris took the time to get to know us and our needs so that he could show us options that we would be interested in. Since we were located in Toronto, we knew that it would be a challenge to navigate the home-buying process in an area that is so far away, but Kris was very accommodating and worked with us to make it happen. We would sometimes arrange to have Kris show us 5+ homes on the same day and he would give us virtual tours and point out problems/things in the home that we would have probably missed even if we were there in person. His keen eye while showing us homes helped us avoid bidding on houses that may have given us problems in the future. Kris has great knowledge of what to look for in a home, as well as which areas are good/bad in Windsor. He made sure that we looked at homes that were in good areas and which would be safe to raise a family in. Coming from Toronto, we had no idea of which areas were good or bad so this knowledge of the areas was a big help to us. Kris was knowledgeable, friendly, and easy to work with, and I highly recommend him if you are looking to purchase a home in Windsor-Essex. Kris assisted my fiancé and me in buying our new house in Lakeshore. We had to go through in a short time due to my finance’s relocation, and we wouldn’t have our lovely home without Kris’s help. Since I had no idea about the new area, I bumped up Kris from his Youtube channel and contacted him. We started our first meeting virtually since we were far from Windsor. He is the expert in all local areas, giving us detailed information regarding home purchases. We had a very tight schedule and were only available to travel down to the area on the weekend. We sometimes requested Kris to help us make a booking appointment for up to 8 houses one day. It was not only for one weekend.
