Working with James and Laura Miramontes, and the 24/7 Reality team, has been the best experience I have ever had working with real estate agents. They walked me through the process of selling my home in ways that I could understand. Always available to answer my random questions at any time during the day showed that I was not just a customer, but someone they cared about. Their attention to getting the best offer available, had my house on the market for no more than 7 days, with a close of $30k over the asking price. The only regret that I have is that they are not on the East coast, so I must go through another team. I highly recommend them to anyone that is looking to buy or sell property in Southern California.
