Your Questions, Answered: Discover Success with Real Luxury

What are the minimum qualifications to join Real's Luxury Division?

Agents interested in joining Real Luxury need to have closed at least 6 luxury transactions within the past 24-month period, at least 3 of which need to have been listings. A “luxury transaction” is defined as a transaction with a Sold Price at or above the CLHMS™ threshold, and is not below $750,000.

How do I apply to join?

Real agents in good standing should complete the following steps to apply to join the division:

Step 1: Apply to join Real Luxury by creating an account with the Institute of Luxury Home Marketing and completing the application. Click here to get started.

Step 2: Your application will be reviewed by the Institute and Real Luxury Charter Members.

Step 3: If your application is accepted, you will receive next steps to complete payment and complete 5 required hours of training. You will have 30 days to complete the training.

Step 4: After training is complete, you will be onboarded into Real Luxury and begin receiving member benefits.

Can I promote a luxury listing without being a part of the division?

If you have a luxury listing and are not a member of the Real Luxury Division (or do not qualify for membership) you may still have your listing featured as a luxury listing on Real’s website. Contact luxury@onereal.com to learn more.

Is there a fee to join the Real Luxury?

Yes, Real Luxury division membership includes the following annual fees:

Real Luxury Membership:
$950

Institute of Luxury Membership and Training:
1. $545 (if you do not have your CLHMS™ designation)
2. $295 (if you already have your CLHMS™ designation and/or annual renewal)

What happens if I already have CLHMS™ designation?

If you already have your CLHMS™ designation, the annual Real Luxury membership and Institute of Luxury membership/designation maintenance is $1,245.
